Art show The Rotary Club of Bendigo presents the Easter Rotary
art show each year with three main objectives: 1. To raise funds for charity. 2. To provide an opportunity for professional,
amateur and student artists to display their works. 3. To provide an opportunity for members of the
public to view and buy artworks. Around 90 Rotarians and other volunteers willingly
give their time and expertise free of charge in order to raise money for
one or more of the many charities in our region. The art show also provides a forum for professional
artists to showcase their works and gives non-professional artists the
opportunity to exhibit and perhaps pave the way for a new career. Our community and visitors are exposed to a range of
artworks from students through to reputable artists that showcase the
many talents we have in the visual arts.
Everyone who comes to the show has the chance to buy a painting
that will enhance his or her home or office.
